Most magic videos are pretty short. Blame our flighty attention spans or the nature of today’s video content industry, whatever the cause, it’s rare to find a big chunk of somebody’s act available to watch. And that’s a shame, because a well-composed performance is so much more than the series of short bits you might find on YouTube. A longer act relies on building a flow, circling back to earlier ideas in ways that make the grand finale all the more satisfying.
