Sometimes the big reveal at the end of a trick is a card, a word, even a stool. On this occasion it was a full ride scholarship to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Magician Farrell Dillon, of Masters of Illusion fame, presented the scholarship to student and football player Ammir Aziz during an appearance celebrating the end of spring practice. Dillon called Aziz as an assistant, before escaping from a straight jacket and opening his shirt to reveal an envelope with the message, “congratulations on a full ride scholarship,” contained within.

Aziz has been working as a nighttime security guard at the MGM Grand to help fund his schooling. The scholarship will no doubt come in very handy.
